Malmgård’s Brewery is located in Eastern Uusimaa and active in the historical estate environment of Malmgård. The brewery gets its cereals and water from Malmgård’s fields and its clear water spring. Our unfiltered beers are brewed without any additives –genuine craft beers!

Malmgård Dinkel
Unfiltered ale, alc. 4.5% vol.
Malmgård Dinkel is a golden yellow ale, which is made on domestic barley malts, Malmgård’s spelt wheat and spring water. The aroma of the beer is fresh and fruity and the taste mild malty. The after taste gives away the light nutty flavours of the spelt. To be enjoyed at about 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit).

Malmgård Blond Ale
Unfiltered ale, alc. 4.2% vol.
Malmgård Blond Ale is a light, fruity top-fermented ale. Its pleasantly soft body is achieved through the home-grown historical type of organic “lantvete”, domestic barley malts and the estate’s own spring water. The characteristic citrusy aroma is achieved through a combination of four different types of hops and a Belgian strain of yeast. The end result is a multi-faceted thirst quencher that is best enjoyed in 6-8 degrees Celsius (43-46 degrees Fahrenheit)

Malmgård Belge
Unfiltered ale, alc. 8.0% vol.
Malmgård Belge is a copper coloured strong beer in Belgian style. In the brewing process we used a Belgian specialty yeast which, mixed with domestic barley malts and Malmgård’s spring water achieve a soft malty taste, complemented by a fruity and spicy flavor. Malmgård Belge is best enjoyed at about 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit).
KV/SV 18.5%, 28 EBU, 30 EBC
The brewery’s products are produced by hand in batches of 2,000 litres each. The clear spring water, the domestic malts, cereals from the farm’s own fields, combined with the carefully selected types of hops constitute the core of our products.
All our beers are unfiltered, top-fermented ales without additives. We have two product families; Malmgård and Huvila. In our Malmgård products, the farms cereals play an important role, whilst the Huvila family of beers seek to explore more daring and strong taste experiences. In our broad range of products we offer taste experiences for all occasions; thirst quenchers, beers for that special meal or just on its own – but always in good company of course!
Our distribution network reaches across Finland and Tallinn (Estonia). We also distribute a selection of our Huvila beers in the U.S.A. through Shelton Brothers. It is easiest to find our products in larger super markets and in restaurants and pubs that specialise in beers. We also sell a selection of our beers through shops that specialise in organic and locally produced products.

Huvila Brown Ale is a mahogany brown, moderately hopped thirst quencher.

HUVILA Pale Ale
Unfiltered ale, alc. 4.2% vol.
Huvila Pale Ale isan amber coloured ale, with an aroma that brings forward the aromatic hops and hints of caramel and grass. The delicate mix of various types of hops results not only in the citrusy taste but also in a long bitter finish. Sophisticated and refreshing!

HUVILA Joutsen
Unfiltered ale, alc. 4.7% vol.
Huvila Joutsen is an easy-going golden coloured ale. Its aroma reminds of caramel and flowery hops types. The taste is very soft and reminds of bread with honey. Even the finish is VERY soft. A thirst quencher for warm summer days on the pier or during barbeque evenings

HUVILA E.S.B
Unfiltered ale, alc. 5.2% vol.
Huvila E.S.B. is a dark-brown strong bitter ale, which is generously “hoppified” with Goldings hops. Its aroma is fruity and warming, the taste is filling and complex and the long finish “hoppy” and bitter. A real Extra Special Bitter, but with its own identity

HUVILA Arctic Circle Ale
Unfiltered ale, alc. 7.3% vol.
Huvila Arctic Circle Ale is a walnut coloured ale with a malty and fruity aroma. It tastes of dark berries and malt, spiced with caramel. The finish culminates in a hoppy after taste. Brewed with juniper twigs and a strong dose of Finnish “sisu”.

HUVILA X-Porter
Unfiltered ale, alc. 7.0% vol.
Huvila X-Porter is pitch black with a brown foam. The aroma is creamy with hints of nuts. The taste resembles the aroma but now the caramel taste also comes forward. The after finish is more chocolate-flavoured, complemented with caramel. There are not many unfiltered, top-fermented Baltic porters in production nowadays and this rare porter also achieve international recognition, winning the silver award at the San Diego International Beer Festival in 2010.

HUVILA Apple Cider
Unfiltered half-dry apple cider, alc. 4.7% vol.
Huvila Omenasiideri is a half-dry, softly apple-rich, fresh, yet filling apple cider. The cider is prepared using pure apple juice – sugar is only added for taste. This gives our cider a natural taste of apples, without any additive.
